When I figured the "progressive disclosure" part of the hide button in Friendfeed, that actually didn't go well with me. The problem with progressive disclosure is that it relies on people doing the dumb thing first which naturally people feel dumb to do.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;On OurDoings, I remember that I had to email for support to know about Map Privacy and how to hide certain locations. Till date I hadn't figured out about the Custom domain mapping.. which btw is cool..
