I was just watching mine and after emailing in the photo it took maybe 30 seconds or so to show up in my Real-Time FF window. Awesome stuff.

I tried it out just now and saw the update on the Friendfeed realtime feed (need a bit help with ctrl-R) after around 20 seconds (http://is.gd/gNXV). Excellent! Good job.
